Great News!

Cade's LOI (letter of intent) will be sent to China on Friday!!!! It will be at the CCAA (China Center of Adoption Affairs) Monday morning when they open! This is so exciting. It means that our countdown for PA (pre approval) is on. It seems to be taking between 30-45 days. Mind you, that is how long before it was issued ... it can take between 45-60 days to get a date. I of course am praying for sooner rather than later. It seems that in "some" areas the CCAA is getting quicker. Two families from our previous agency were given their RA (referral acceptance), or LOA (letter of approval) as some call it, just a few weeks after their LOI was sent in. Their dossiers were already through the review process, but still this is very promising to the rest of us!
