We are so excited to have new photos of Cade today!!!! He is looking so good after his surgery. Our agency believes that once we send in our new letters that we should receive pre approval right away. Of course those new letters need to be authenticated in Olympia and at the Chinese consulate, but that should only take a matter of a couple weeks.
